First, remove the adhesive strip and place the Tena For Men over the groin with the adhesive strip against underwear-pointy side between legs. Next, correct and straighten until comfortable, applying pressure if necessary.

For reasons beyond me, all the Tena products for men are not imported to the U.S.  In Europe, Australia, England, New Zealand the pads come in 3 absorbancies 1, 2 and 3.  I found that the single size in the U.S. was too thick, so I sent it back.
