Shipping Fees
Orders over
$50 ship FREE! Please note this is via Ground Shipping within the
continental United States.
There is no limitation on order size, but please note some products that are
particularly large or heavy may require a shipping charge to cover our costs. We
don’t make a profit on shipping charges. If you have any questions, please call
or e-mail us.
Discreet Delivery
We understand that buying certain items such as incontinence is a private
matter. Upon request, orders may be shipped in plain brown boxes.

We stand behind our products and service. If you’re not completely satisfied
with your order, we will accept the return and provide you with a full refund. If
you wish to return an item, please contact us first via phone or e-mail so we
can give you the appropriate shipping instructions.
Please note: If the item has been
opened, in some cases we may need to charge a restocking fee. Unfortunately,
items of a personal nature are not returnable.
