Abena Abri Form L3 Premium Adult Diapers feature a complex, technologically advanced construction designed to provide leakage security and optimal absorbency. A top dry layer quickly wicks fluids away into the double-absorption core, tripling the distance from wearer and fluids for greater skin care. The double absorption core then evenly distributes fluids throughout the diaper via lengthwise cellulose fibers, which are locked away by Super Absorbent Polymer and other highly absorbent materials. Standing leg gathers then contain excess voids, while the top dry sheet and double-absorption core perform their functions.

This order I bought was a #20 pcs/bag, about 5 pcs , its adhesive tear off easily, not working properly, the caregiver had to use masking tape to hold the diaper of the patient. Very frustrated.
