When voids are made into the Abena Abri Form L4 Premium Adult Diapers, standing leakage barriers contain them inside the diaper, while a top dry layer quickly absorbs and wicks fluids triple the distance from the wearer, remaining dry to the touch to prevent overexposure to moisture. To prevent clumping, fluids are distributed evenly throughout the diaper via lengthwise cellulose fibers in the double-absorption core, where they are locked away permanently by Super Absorbent Polymer (SAP) and other highly absorbent materials. Odors are also kept under control by an advanced odor control system, aided by the lack of evaporation from the trapped liquids.

The diaper holds more fluid than anything else and is the best overnight diaper we have tried.  While a little leakage occurs, it is far better than anything else we tried for my spouse who is male and suffering from dementia.  His skin is in perfect shape and my only criticism is that the tapes take practice in using easily.

This product does everything it says it will and more...it is definitely absorbent enough to hold through the entire night.  Highly recommended for use on someone who is completely incontinent.

These Diapers hold a lot of liquid so I am glad to have them.  They still leak at times through the leg sections so I pair them with plastic pants.  They do an above average job.  I'm still looking for the magic solution to prevent leakage.
