How do I return an item?
Restored Living Return Policy
At Restored Living, your complete satisfaction with our products and service is our highest priority. If there is ever a situation that prevents you from being completely satisfied, please contact us immediately via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone at 1-800-501-7701 and we’ll do our best to assist you.
What we will do:
Our return policy varies depending on the type of item you'd like to return. If your product arrives damaged or not as expected, please notify us within 5 business days (see more details below under "Defective Merchandise" or "Incorrect Merchandise"). You may return most new, unopened items sold by Restored Living within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund less any shipping costs. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Most orders over 30 days old are not be eligible for return or exchange.
What cannot be returned:
Eating, toileting, hygiene and intimate items are not returnable once they have been opened. These items include but are not limited to adult incontinence products, commodes, eating utensils, blood pressure monitors, and glucose testing equipment.

Natural Wood Canes, Hiking Staffs, and Walking Sticks may vary in color, pattern and shape. If you are not satisfied with any of these products because of their appearance, and wish to return the product for a full refund, you will be responsible for any shipping charges that may apply, as well as a 10% restocking fee.
If you receive a damaged cane from Harvy Canes, please notify us within 5 days of receiving the cane in order for a replacement to be issued.
*JANIBELL DIAPER PAIL DISCLAIMER*
Due to the sensitive nature of these products, Janibell Diaper Pails and/or liners are only returnable if they have NOT been open or used. The pail MUST be returned in it's original packaging, and must be in it's original condition. There is a $15.00 restocking fee for all returns of Janibell Diaper Pails.
Shipping a Return:
To return a product, please contact us prior to returning the product. We will provide you with a return authorization number so your return can be traced back to you. We also HIGHLY RECOMMEND that the returnee uses a carrier that offers tracking information, such as FedEx or UPS. Thus, we ask that our customers provide a tracking number associated with the returned product. Please note that Restored Living is NOT responsible for lost returns.
Items should be returned (UNUSED) with all the original packaging to receive your refund. We may deduct any associated fees and shipping costs from your refund. Return shipping may be deducted from the amount of your refund if the reason for your return is not the result of our error.
Items valued more than $500 must also be insured. Items that have been damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
If you return your items beyond the 30 day return window, we reserve the right to assess a 20% late fee, which will also be deducted from your refund.
Every Large Folding Cart comes with a 60-day limited warranty that begins at the original date of purchase. Although all of our Large Folding Carts are made with superior quality plastics, their lifespan can significantly decrease with misuse. For optimal performance, we recommend not exceeding the weight limit, banging the cart against hard surfaces or hauling the cart up or down stairs.
Within the first 30 days of use, if a cart should fail we will replace the cart at no charge and we will also ship the replacement cart to the customer at our expense. For the remainder of the warranty period, we will replace the cart at no charge and the customer will be responsible for shipping charges for the replacement cart. This warranty also covers customized and screenprinted carts, although the replacement cart is not guaranteed to be customized due to high printing setup costs.
We will accept returns for manufacturer defects within 10 days of receipt. We will give you a complete refund, including all shipping charges. However, we may need you to provide pictures of the damages for claim purposes. We will provide a return label so the return shipping will be at our expense. All original packaging and materials including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, instructional DVDs, and any other materials in the original shipment must be returned with your merchandise.
Contact us via e-mail or phone within 5 business days if you received an item different than what was described on the website or is the wrong size, color, or style than what you ordered. We will provide you with the correct items ASAP at our expense. We will also provide a return label to you so the return shipping for the incorrect items will be at our expense.
How soon will I receive my refund?
Once the shipping carrier has received your item, we typically process your refund within two business days. However, if you ship the item back to us at your own expense, it may take longer to receive your refund.
Please note that if you paid via credit card, once we instruct our payment gateway to refund your money it may take up to two business days for the refund credit to actually appear on your bank statement.
